A native Montrealer, I’ve attended John Abbott College, McGill University, and Concordia University and have had the pleasure of taking courses in a wide range of subjects. I have spent the last seven years earning a Diploma of Colleges Studies in Arts and Sciences, as well as two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Physiology and one in Psychology. I began tutoring my little sister over ten years ago, and my passion for tutoring has only grown since then. I was tutored in French growing up, and so I understand how helpful tutoring can be. For me, the best part of tutoring is when I’m teaching someone and I see that they start to understand something a little better. It’s extremely rewarding to see how much more confident and excited the student becomes when they begin to grasp a concept they’ve been struggling with. Not only is it difficult for students to get that one-on-one interaction in a classroom, but not all students learn at the same pace. I firmly believe my job is to provide each and every student with the attention and support they deserve. And GradeSlam makes it so easy, for both myself and the student. Playing soccer throughout my life, I can relate to the struggle of having a busy schedule and trying to balance my schoolwork and extracurriculars. With GradeSlam, I can offer a solution to students out there who share that same struggle. GradeSlam in one word? Instant.
